OVERVIEW

Each practice session, you make the critical choice of what to practice. But how do you choose?  That decision is harder than it seems, and many of us choose the path of least resistance every day, wasting time on misguided or aimless practice.

This week discusses discovering your Game Changer in order to supercharge your practice time.  Think you already know your Game Changer? Awesome. Use this week as an opportunity to develop a brand-new approach, and see if you can practice even more effectively.
